Terms and Conditions

Rock The Lot is a one-day festival hosted by The Pin and located at 5411 64 Ave, Taber, AB. The festival is centered around family entertainment, and includes live music, midway “carnival style” attractions, artisan vendors, food trucks, bowling, and golf.

The ticket grants the bearer entry and all-day access into the festival grounds. A wristband will be provided upon entry; the bearer is required to wear the provided wristband to maintain all day access and re-enter the grounds. Only tickets purchased through Showpass or directly from The Pin will grant the bearer access. Tickets are transferable. All transfers must go through The Pin.

Rock the Lot is a rain or shine event. All sales are final, tickets are non-refundable for any reason, including - but not limited to - regular weather conditions, schedule changes, vendor changes, food truck changes, or lineup changes. Extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If unsafe weather, emergency conditions, or direction from local authorities requires The Pin to fully cancel the event before gates open, ticket holders will be eligible for a refund or credit option, minus any non-refundable ticketing/platform fees where applicable.

If the event has already started and weather causes delays, changes, or early closure, refunds will not be issued.

There are multiple parking areas around the venue. A map will be provided prior to the event through The Pin’s website/social media pages, detailing available parking spots for this event.

Alcohol will be sold and available at the event. ID will need to be provided to ensure all people consuming alcohol are 18 or older in accordance with the law.

No food or outside beverages allowed.

The Pin has the authority to remove any patrons if their behavior is deemed unsafe. Re-entry will not be allowed, no refunds will be issued.

Professional Photography, Audio, or Video Recording is strictly prohibited, without express written permission from The Pin. Violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Should a situation arise, and a band, or any bands member/members, or if any performer cannot make it to Rock The Lot, you agree to not hold The Pin, or any of its affiliates, band members, performers, and partners responsible in any way.
